The past year has marked a decisive phase of development for Great Sicily DMC, with cross-functional growth affecting all key business indicators: volume of requests, number of projects handled, groups operated, active markets and overall turnover.
The increase in operational workload has resulted in an overall growth of +167%, a direct consequence of a higher number of B2B partnerships, an increasingly structured presence in international markets, and a steadily growing demand for Sicily as a well-organized and reliable destination.
Over the course of the year, we worked with partners from 18 different nationalities, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel producers and foreign DMCs, developing tailor-made programs for markets with different needs, timelines and quality standards.
