After breakfast, set off for a full-day discovery of the southeastern gems of Sicily.Begin in Syracuse, one of the most important cities of ancient Greece. Visit the Neapolis Archaeological Park, where the majestic Greek Theater and the mystical Ear of Dionysius await. Continue to Ortigia, the historic island heart of the city, where cobbled streets, seaside piazzas, and the splendid Cathedral built over a Greek temple offer an unforgettable experience.In the afternoon, head to Noto, the capital of Sicilian Baroque and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Be enchanted by the golden limestone buildings, majestic churches, and charming balconies. A must: tasting the famous almond pastries at a local café.Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

After breakfast, drive towards Taormina, Sicily’s elegant pearl suspended between sea and sky. Visit the spectacular Ancient Greek Theater with its iconic view of the coast and Mount Etna, then take your time exploring Corso Umberto, with its boutiques, cafés, and scenic terraces.Optional (weather permitting): in the afternoon, we recommend a drive up to the Etna slopes for a scenic stop or light trekking experience.
